These terms govern your use of Draftline Fantasy (“Draftline”, the “Service”), a free draft-assistant tool operated by Riverbend Crossroads Digital LLC (“we”, “us”) at draftlinefantasy.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Service
Draftline provides draft-preparation and live-draft assistance for fantasy sports, including player rankings, projections and roster tools. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to access other users’ data; probe, overload or disrupt the Service; scrape or resell the data presented in the app; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. The sports data shown in Draftline is licensed for use within the Service and may not be extracted for redistribution.
No guarantees about data or outcomes
Player statistics, projections, rankings and recommendations are provided for entertainment and informational purposes. They come from third-party data providers and our own models, may contain errors or gaps (which we try to flag in the app), and can change without notice. We make no promises about accuracy, availability or your fantasy results — drafting decisions are yours.
Not affiliated
Draftline Fantasy is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Football League, the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any team, league or player. All team and player names are used for identification only.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, logo and software, belongs to Riverbend Crossroads Digital LLC. You keep ownership of the content you create in your account (your drafts and notes); you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it back to you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riverbend Crossroads Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or fantasy-league outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it (currently zero dollars).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
