Draftline Fantasy (“Draftline”, “we”, “us”) is a free draft-assistant tool operated by Riverbend Crossroads Digital LLC and available at draftlinefantasy.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), and the display name you choose.
Draft activity. The drafts you create and their settings, the picks and skips you record, and your watchlists are stored so your draft rooms work and persist across devices.
Technical basics. Our hosting providers process standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to serve and secure the site. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use information
We use your information solely to provide Draftline: signing you in, keeping your draft rooms private to your account, syncing your data across devices, and sending account emails such as sign-up confirmations and password resets. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where your data lives
Draftline runs on trusted infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (application hosting). Player statistics shown in the app come from licensed sports-data providers and contain no personal information about you.
Your drafts, picks and watchlists are protected by row-level security: each account can only read and write its own records.
Cookies and local storage
We use storage in your browser for a small number of specific jobs, all in service of Draftline itself:
Signing in. Your authentication session, so you stay signed in.
Guest drafts and preferences. A draft you run without an account is saved only in your browser, along with small preferences such as which sport you last chose.
Measuring Draftline. Flags that stop usage steps being double-counted, an opt-out flag if you have turned analytics off for your browser, and — when you arrive through a link that carries campaign tags (utm parameters) — those tags, so we can tell which of our own promotions actually get used. This stays in your browser, is sent only to our own analytics, and identifies a campaign, not you.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and nothing in your browser storage is used to profile you across other sites. Clearing your browser’s site data for draftlinefantasy.com removes all of it.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below; we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Children
Draftline is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Draftline after a change means you accept the updated policy.
